BTI’s analysis of business processes and job task flow helps clients elevate their employees through usability testing, user experience (UX) and interaction design. Brief Bio: Michael Van der Gaag
With over 30 years of consulting experience, Michael Van der Gaag is an IBM Certified Consultant and Scrum Master with experience in Usability, Interaction Design, User Centered Design, Business Analysis, Information Architecture and User Experience in Agile Solutions. He has led teams from product discovery and visioning through requirements gathering and analysis, design and development. He has conducted a variety of research across the entire product development life-cycle, from product discovery and conceptualization through post-launch evaluation and field validation testing. With a track record of proven results – tackling complex problems and bringing resolution and innovation to non-conventional client situations, he has been looked to as a mentor by clients, project managers and colleagues alike, thriving in environments that are unique and untested. Michael is passionate about User Centered Design, error free user performance, attaining project success, hitting bottom line targets and achieving client satisfaction.
